In July of 1967, Fred Ihrt of ‘Stern’ magazine took a Piper aircraft and flew over the Greek island of Yaros and took photographic evidence that proved that the country’s Junta was imprisoning ‘disappeared’ people. He flew blow radar to avoid detection and destruction.
